Hi Guys,

Could anyone please let me know how to use points redeem hotel room for friends or familys?
I dont seem to find this option, it always set myself as check in guest...

"To make a reservation for someone else using your Rewards points, you will need to call 888-236-2427 (toll-free in the U.S. and Canada), or contact a worldwide reservation center nearest you. This option is not available online."
