Retro claims from Alaskan Airlines

Looking at the Qantas FF Website it shows Alaskan Airlines as a Partner for Points,however when I try to do a retro claim for travel there is no drop down box to enter their airline code(AS).Am I missing something? does any one have any ideas/how to make a claim.The ticket was bought direct from Alaskan Airlines,Seattle to San Francisco.

Send an email to [email protected] and request a missing points claim. Attach a copy of your ticket/boarding pass. They should help you out.

... which brings up SEA-SFO on AS as a valid points earner.

Also, quote https://www.qantas.com.au/fflyer/dyn/partners/airline/alaska-airlines#earning-points that your AS fare class was eligible for QF earn.
