I am trying to claim retro points for a member who has returned from the U.S.A. travelling with Qantas. There seems to be a problem,i am assuming because they booked through an online supplier # Fly 365 #,the message i receive is contact Frequent Flyer. My question is,can i submit the claim via email, which i thought may be easier or just hang in the queue as i expect is the case. Thanks Terry.

Have you got copies of the boarding passes because you will need them.

Email [email protected] with the boarding passes - you will get an automatic reply with an SR number and if you haven't heard anything after 6 weeks ring and harass them quoting the SR number
