Reissue *ONE4 to *ONE5

I have already commenced travel for a ticket ex Japan. It was issued as a *ONE4 and now I would like to have it reissued as a *ONE5.

How is the fare adjustment calculated? In JPY?

I believe that it is just repriced from origin based on the difference between farte paid and the fare for the DONE5 and that you will charged the equivalent fare to the JPY dependant on what country you reissue in
