Just received this Friday, Regus/Spaces/IWG advise that as of September 2020 they will no longer be offering Qantas Business Rewards points.

IWG via our brands Regus and Spaces in Australia has partnered with Qantas Business Rewards in recent years on behalf of our members. We are sorry to announce this partnership will cease effective September 2020 and this communication is to advise you of this.

We look forward to new and exciting partnership opportunities in the coming years with other organisations which may also include Qantas again. The final Qantas points balance will be added and calculated 90 days post the end of the September period.

Not really a big loss, since I had to chase up Regus every few months over them not bothering to credit my QBR points anyway, but apart from the Amex Qantas was definitely my biggest earner.

Yeah, makes one wonder if it's due to whatever unfavourable terms that Switch Telecom disagreed with in the contract. A lot of the current offers tend to lend credibility to new contracts being geared around rewarding "churners" rather than "earn and burners"

thought I would check as the account department of Regus/IWG are one of the worst I've dealt with... They didn't give any points from the start of our contract in Feb 2020. I was looking forward to a few free upgrades every year, looks like everything else they do "broken promises".. So what did we get as customers for them saving on this program, hmmm.. nothing! what did we get for them sending staff home unpaid.. hmmm... nothing! Someone really need to do a article of their business practices during COVID.

Oh man, don't get me started on Regus accounts. Even the centre teams hate them - they keep asking clients to send them payment receipts to prove invoices have been paid, when they've been paid via Regus' own payment gateway, and good luck getting them to return an email.

Really should have gotten some bonuses too, given that every year or two they close the centre I'm in and move me to another one, meaning I have to get the design company to redo all the stationery.

As an aside, your being prompted by my bringing it up prompted me to check - since the last time I complained in December 2019, not one point was credited. Another email to the centre team!

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Another vote for the Regus Accounts being the worst on the planet. Although we did all right out of the QBR points, as they gave us too many in the first year, and by the time we clawed back the missing ones we were about 30,000 points ahead

I emailed them about the points and NO reply, they did followup on questions about the invoice before and after the question to them on points. Sounds like you just got the royal treatment we all got in the Rialto a few weeks ago, no remuneration for stationary and the hours changing the address on maps, accountant etc.. They closed the entire floor down. We were 50/50 to telling them to stick it, along with many others on the floor but we still need to work and be close to customer office as they return to work. All the best, at least knowing others out there are experiencing the same royal flush service I know I’m not the only one. :)
