Refund experience following the action

My original flight has been refunded now. Despite my purchasing card being cancelled and submitting a stat dec with new card details issued by a different bank, they have returned it to the original purchasing card. Bit annoying, but I'm thankful the money has turned up.

Now to the question, my original booking is still there in manage my bookings, with placeholder airports. Will this drop off eventually? Or do I have a chance to rebook it? ;)
Mine disappeared after a few days.

The wife and I were in Singapore when the shutdown occurred and so we ended up spending another night there (awfully hard to take). Anyway, I submitted my reimbursement on Wednesday last week but heard nothing. I twitted QF Customer Care late yesterday and received a phone call this morning confirming the reimbursement and eligibility for free flights. I have to say, Qantas has been very helpful and my experience of the service has been great. I am a loyal QF flyer being Plat for a number of years and life time gold. I am status matched with Virgin and so, how Qantas dealt with the reimbursement etc was going to decide whether I would give Virgin a chance. At this stage, given the good service I have had from Qantas, I am sticking with them. Looking forward to the rest of their offering since we were travelling in business class and are both FFers.
