Redeposit Fee...what the...?

Now I know what it looks like but I haven't done anything that I know of that would justify being charged such a fee.

Has anyone else seen a similar message and know what triggered it?

Have you tried calling Velocity to track down what caused the transaction?

From what it looks like, it would've been triggered by your cancelling an award ticket. I take it that this has not happened.

Hey

I haven't cancelled any award tickets...I will call them but in my experience the brains trust here is often better informed than Velocity staff!

Yes turns out it was a refunded ticket.

Hope this makes sense. If it doesn't then best to call Velocity.
