Redemption Booking - Server errror at Payment Stage

Hi all,

Need some expert help please. Have tried twice to book one way redemption for me and wifey. Both times after filling in all info and getting to and filling out the payment page and submitting, it comes up with "server error" and a whole lot of program code :(

Tried phoning and they wanted to charge us 60000 points each instead of 51000 for Business Class Brisbane - London one way. Anyone ever had this problem and know a solution?

Thanks Cynicor...Tried a 3rd and 4th time. Finally success on 4th attempt :). Well almost. The booking required me to phone up and supply more info, but after another 30 min call, and then a 30 min wait post said phone call, it's all done. E Tickets generated. Now for seat allocation. I guess another phone call is in order.

Not looking forward to doing this all again for the return leg.
