For the last month or so now when I log into my QFF account on my macbook (which I've had for years), I get asked every time for an authenticator code. Not a big issue in itself but when I enter a valid code i then get told that I have tried to log in too many times (despite it only being once) and have to reset my PIN. This has happened so many times now and is a pain. Anyone else had an issue like this? Can't seem to be able to post a screen shot of the message I get

What browser are you using? If Safari, what do your preferences say in privacy (e.g. are you blocking all cookies)? Do you have any extensions installed that could be interfering? Do you use a VPN?

To take a screenshot, hold Command (⌘) + Shift (⇧) + 4 and then drag the crosshairs over the space you want to take a photo of. The image should appear on your desktop momentarily, allowing you to upload to AFF, but please make sure it doesn't contain personally identifiable information, like your QFF number or last name ;)

All good thoughts - I do block cookies and use a VPN but always have done. This is a new issue. Could be related in some way though you're right as it seems I'm alone with this one! Thanks

I've had the same problem - so I'm not going mad, or you. It's cropped up when I've logged in using Chrome on my Android tablet, at least three times in the past few months. Logging in via the Qantas App on my Android phone or Chrome on my Windows laptop is ok. I'll screenshot the window if it pops up again.

Thanks. Looks like I am going to have a shed load of flights to cancel/rearrange this week so I will try and get a screenshot or two when I next try. Does seem to be device specific as I can log in on my phone and work laptop with no bother. thanks

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Yep - same thing here. Enter correct PIN / authenticator code and locked out first try, even though it was correct. Quite frustrating.

It has been a problem for a little (long) while. Sometimes it works through different URL. When access doesn't work, I am always able to enter through chrome (although Google is definitely evil, that's another story)

When Safari hasn't worked, Chrome usually does. MFMUAFT

This happened to me a few times recently when trying to log in to manage Qantas Hotels bookings. Very frustrating as this kept happening on my first login attempt, when entering the correct 2FA code.

So yes it seems it has been my use of the Privacy Badger tracker blocker that is the issue. Switching it off prior to logging on removes the issue - I simply re-enable it afterwards once I am logged in. Interesting to see how many trackers are activated when you are on the QF website (11!)

As a suggestion, for windows, try using Ghostery, AdBlock and FlashBlock Plus. These have no issues with Qantas.
