Recommend hotel in Melbourne with cheapish parking

I'm heading to Melbourne in September for a course. I will be flying an evening flight PER-MEL and arrive at MEL around 11pm. I will hire a car from MEL. I will then drive to the CBD and stay in a hotel, before leaving for my training course early Saturday.

Can anyone suggest a half decent hotel (i dont care about the pool or anything) (Budget up to 150-180ish), that doesn't kill me on parking? I will use google maps to direct me from MEL to the hotel.
