Wondering if anyone else has experienced an increase in impossible routing on flight changes which the system (and often even the WP help desk) claim are perfectly reasonable.

Last year I was routed from BOS-LAX and then LAX-MEL with a scheduled -77min (yes negative) turnaround in LAX, and the ground staff at BOS along with the QF phone line claimed that this was perfectly ok.
This year I had a shift to a 5 minute turnaround in SYD on a Domestic to International flight, and just now received a change for QF93 (MEL-LAX) which leaves me arriving in LAX at 1840, and my connecting flight to DEN (AA6394) having a scheduled departure time of 1230.... -6h10m and just got told that 6hrs was just "fine."

I feel like there is something broken in the MCT system, and worse still the help desk just have no idea what an MCT is at all.
