Hi - hoping some one can help us please.
We fly into Heathrow from Singapore arriving T3.
We would like to take a shower before we catch the National Express Coach to Bournemouth.
Some of the websites say all the public showers are closed at Heathrow.:(
Some say there are showers at T4 -but only in the departure area?
Are there showers available at T4 in the arrivals area?? and if so how would we get there from T3?
Also which terminal does the National Express coach depart from?
Any info/help would be greatly appreciated:)

Per the Heathrow Airport arrivals FAQ on showers:

Can I take a shower?
Currently, Heathrow only has public showers in the departure lounge of Terminal 4 (after security).

Per National Expresses website, there are a number of places the coaches depart from, depending on which terminal you’re at.

Thanks for the info - looks like no shower for us.:(

We land in T3 - so hope there is a Nat Express Coach stop somewhere there.

Where to catch coaches

Terminals 1 and 3: All coach services call at the central bus station, which is a short walk from the terminals and has lifts, escalators and moving walkways to help with the journey. The bus station is open 24 hours a day and the travel centre is open from 06:00 to 22:30.

Terminal 4: Coaches arrive and depart from Stops 13 and 14 outside the terminal, at arrivals level. Free transfers to the central bus station and Terminal 5 can be made from Stop 7.

Terminal 5: Coaches arrive and depart from Stops 13-16, outside the terminal at arrivals level. Reading RailAir, Oxford Express and Woking Railair services operate from Stops 10-12. Free transfers to the central bus station and Terminal 4 can be made from Stops 8 and 9.

Yeah it's well signposted. IIRC, it's a decent walk, but there are moving walkways etc.

Oh, and I realised that's the same info samh004 posted. Oops!

IF you are flying F or J on a OneWorld ticket, then you do have access to the AA Arrivals Lounge in T3 where the water is hot and strong and seemingly everlasting!

Nice spot to just unwind, refresh and get ready for the next leg of your journey.
