Question about Virgin travel bank

I was trying to use my travel bank credit towards domestic VA flights, tried different dates, but it will let me chose only the expensive flex fares, not the cheaper choice fare. Is that a general condition of travel bank or tied to specific flights? TIA

Not unless they’ve changed it!

Normally I would just search for the flights, enter the pax details, and on the payment page, select ‘travel bank’ as the form of payment.

Just checked the VA website, it confirmed travel bank can be used on any fare.

Thank you. It's funny, when choosing between the different fares it says travel bank can't be used for choice or lite, but when proceeding to the payment section, it actually does let me use my travel bank credit.

That message is part of the box for the 'Cancel for Any Reason' product which is underneath your flight selection.
