Qs re transitting at CPH (Copenhagen) airport

Can someone familiar with Cph airport walk me through the transit process? We arrive on Sq at 0655 on Tues and it seems this will be the C gates in Terminal 3. 95 mins later we leave via SAS to Kef which were the A or B gates in terminal 3 the last couple of days. How long will it takes us to get from arrival to departure gates? I assume there Is a passport and security check at some point. The SAS lounge appears to be near the D gates and we have access as KF Elite Gold ,/ flying SAS J. Thanks for any info.

I have been through CPH about 100 times.

It was always an efficient airport. But today who knows for sure?

There might be a bit of a wait at migration if you don't have an EU passport. But it shouldn't be too long.

SAS lounges are not opulent but are pleasant enough. At that time of day expect a Scandinavian style breakfast. Which are usually pretty good!

The SAS Gold and Business lounges were in the same location with the Gold lounge up an escalator above the Business lounge. Somewhat better offerings in the Gold lounge.

Not long. 5 to 10 minutes from the SAS lounge or the terminal end of the C gates. The SAS lounges are more-or-less in-between the C and B gates. I think a bit closer to the C gates.

I think you will have to go though security again before you get to the departure area.

It might depend on your originating airport. The EU has different rules on what's allowed.

Arriving from Syd / Sin on Sq with Aussie passport....I believe I have to go through a passport and security check at Cph from my reading to enter the Schengen area for a flight within the Schengen area (Kef)

Yes, so after that I can't remember where you end up. And it can change dynamically. But it should be fairly central. It was never too far from the SAS lounges in my experience.

A recap as to what happened 3.5 weeks ago :
Sq flight landed at 735am, 40 mins late...arrived at C35 gate at 745am....took 10 mins to open door ...we were in J so got off quickly and rushed about 400m to Passport Control which took 5 mins, no security check...then rushed to our gate, D1 and got there at 805am with boarding 5 mins later...for 830am departure. All the passengers with 0800 departures missed their flights...big relieve for us as only 1 flight per day from Cph to Kef. Our checked bag made it...
PS obviously no lounge time but we checked the SAS Gold lounge at Cph when we came home....nice enough decor but food and drink were very average to say the least!

On-tap / cask wine? I've seen this at several Scandinavian lounges.

It was breakfast time so didn't look closely but it was bottled wine. Note I was in the "superior" Gold lounge as opposed to the standard SAS lounge.

Having been in those CPH lounges (and other SAS ones) about 1,000 times (but not recently!), I'd have to comment that their breakfasts are usually their best food offerings.

Mind you, you do have to understand what a Scandinavian breakfast is actually like!

It's nothing even close to an American or a Full English breakfast.

There is another lounge passed passport control called Eventyr...it is located upstairs and can be accessed via Priority Pass / Diners card...has nice tarmac views but not much food options for breakfast either.
