I am off next Tuesday to Brussels via Doha on QR31/941 in Y. Have read trip reports on Skytrax but cannot find anything about MEL-DOH flight. I assume it will be two meals between MEL-DOH with snacks in between. Has anyone else had any experience taking this flight? Also, can anyone provide any details on what the load factors are looking like? Thanks for any info.

Can't comment on hard product but load factors actually seem quite low:

Let us know how you go because my parents are uinterested in doing the route in reverse somewhere this year.

ISTR a thread with a poster complaint about bagge allowance and strict enforcement.

IIRC 20kg in economy which confused the op's relatives as they were used to qf at 23kg. Might pay to double check baggage allowance to save any dramas.

Thank you both for the info. Have checked the QR website which shows 23kg for baggage allowance but will confirm with the airline. Thanks for the heads up as I am carrying a 3kg package (book/DVD) to hand deliver to my German friends, and with the weight of winter clothing I might be close to the max.
