I got a new survey today, asking about flights taken "this year" compared to last year. Why do I suspect it was supposed to be sent out last month?

Other questions were about whether the QFF scheme offers value, and comparing it to other FF schemes. Actually they weren't questions, just statements to agree or disagree with.

I "strongly disagreed" with "it is easy to redeem points for flights on QF" and similar statements.

Yeah I thought that "flights this year" was a little odd. I instead put in scheduled flights, although they didn't much like me changing from 100% QF to a mix of CX and AA in there as well.

I mostly responded in the negative for QFF, particularly with respect to the degrading of the scheme over the last few years (and my subsequent lack-of willingness to recommend them) plus my percentage of QFi flights this year will reduce since QF do not fly to the places I'm looking at travelling to (Germany and France being but two).

Regards,

BD

The thing I liked was I was legitimately able to use both the words simpler and fairer in my response.
