Last night I sent a query to QFF in relation to missing Double SC's from a promotion to OOL throgh SYD.
I received a call this morning at 10:30 am from a cheery QFF consultant to let me know the T & C's said it may take up to 6 weeks for them to post BUT she would would diary it and check to make sure they went through !!

PRETTY GOOD SERVICE !!!!!
 
I generally get call backs these days, sort of a leave it with me and I'll call you when done. Service is definitely up :)

Semi-related; I had to call QF yesterday to sort out an issue, and I got a hold of someone within 2 minutes (last time was about half an hour) and they were actually quite helpful! I agree that customer service is improving. :)
 
Sent a compliment in via email on the weekend for some cabin crew recieved a phone call on Tuesday saying thanks for the feedback and they've passed it on.

We have been chasing OOL double SC's as well. Qantas had promised to push them through as we are traveling OS and the DSC's will push mr pippy to gold, but after promising they rang back and said sorry have to wait 6 weeks. Well it's 6weeks tomorrow and still nothing, we travel OS in 2 weeks, so looks like we will have to chase them up again. Yes the call centre have been lovely, but I am sceptical that they are ever going to credit to the account at this stage :(

On other matters I have found the call centre to be very helpful, eg had $100 refunded to us (at our request) when our originaly booked flight from Singapore was changed from the a380 as we paid extra for that flight compared to others available at the time, so they refunded the price difference, which I thought was excellent.

Really sweating on those OOL DSC's though.
 
Same here. Received a call from QFF the other day on a missing 3K points claim...
