Can someone please help me out here - I'm a domestic expert - but international novice ...

... see below ... ExpertFlyer is showing availability on each leg in J ... can I book these as reward seats? If so, what is the process? QF WP

... or am I missing something?

If the seats aren't available on Qantas you cannot book them, have you actually looked on Qantas' website for those dates or just expert flyer?

An airline doesn't release all its award seats to its partners so just because they are available to book through Emirates Skywards does not mean that you can book them through Qantas FF.

You also cannot request for business sale/saver fares to be converted to classic rewards as it is not Qantas metal.

Short answer, search on Qantas for your dates and you will see what is available and if there isn't anything then tfb.

Obvious question… are these showing up on the qantas website to book?

If not, I’m thinking that because it is a ‘non partner, full flex’ award, it’s likely available for EK’s own program, and not it’s partners?

Partner award space is usually the lowest category of award, eg ‘standard’ not an ‘anytime or advantage’ award etc.

If not showing on Qantas, they're not available. EK prices awards dynamically and only makes the cheapest tier available to Qantas.

On 24/8 for example, J awards are 175K miles through Skywards, while the ones Qantas gets are priced at 106K through Skywards (see 23 October as an example).
