Hi all,

Looks like QF are evaluating the 2*3*2 seating.







First question was about the seating and which config you would choose.

No brainer really, who would want a middle J seat Dom.

They also wanted an opinion on QF providing complimentary limousine transfer for business class PAX.

I rated that at 0, I can get myself to the airport but I cannot put a better seat onboard.

It is good that they are asking but maybe they should have asked before putting them into service.

And such enhancements are never truely complimentary. Someone pays somewhere.

Got the first survey, but not this one.

Maybe they didn't like my answers. However if anyone is reading this, NO to 2-3-2.

I got the email and did the survey. A big NO to the middle seat in domestic J from me and I provided detailed accompanying comments why.

I'm hoping that they take our feedback seriously and fix the seating so it's 2x2x2 for future A330-200 aircraft.

I am hoping they take our feedback seriously and have these two planes retro fitted with the 2*2*2 new seats.

Yes, I agree. Not just future planes but also the ones they've already put this terrible configuration in.

+1 +1 +1 +1 hopefully qf will listen to its customers....because they are not listening to its cabin crew!! i raised this 2-3-2 issue weeks ago and have never recieved a reply/explanation/aknowledgement from anyone in the office!!

I'm sure the newly recruited MBA whose probably never been on a plane and suggested 2*3*2 has got his bonus by now. The fact this config ever got approved shows things are broken at QF.
