Hi all, possibly a few silly questions.
1) My booking is already under my QFF number, so can I change that to my AA number or is it too late?
2) I've got enough QFF points to upgrade from PE-J, but if I put it under my AA number, will I lose any chance of an upgrade?
3) If my AA number is added, do I get QF status points?

Many thanks!

The booking code should be available on the MMB page for the booking. Doesn't really matter if you're going to credit to AA anyway cause all 3 revenue Y+ fares earn at the same rate with AA.

You can't change the number on QF's website but you might have some luck using AY's or RJ's website. Otherwise you can just change it on checking in at the desk.

Great thanks for your help. Would I lose my chances of a points upgrade if I put it under an AA number?
If so, an option may be to wait until I get to the airport and if no upgrade has come through (I'm silver), then change to an AA number?

Oh, and would the status credits be lost?

Yes they would, points and SCs can only credit to one program.Once you change it to AA then it's basically nothing to do with Qantas.

If you really want to change your FF number then use Finnair.com
