I went to transfer from Le Club points to my Qantas Frequent Flyer account today, and found that Qantas is no longer listed. I haven't seen any announcement and a quick google doesn't show any relevant notice from Accor.

Does anyone know whether Qantas has ended it's FF miles relationship with Accor, or might this just be a glitch?

Could be a glitch. Qantas Frequent Flyer is listed in the dropdown box for me.

There doesn't appear to be much order to the list, and it is fifth from the bottom between 'Miles & More' and 'Krisflyer'.

QFF is not listed on the automatic transfer webform. When I try to do a manual transfer, QFF is listed but I can't select any points to transfer.

I can't get a list up (only have just over 1K points) - transferred quite a few to QF two months ago.

I just checked for you.

Definitely still on the drop down menu.

QFF is in the drop down menu for manual points transfer, but the system won't allow points to be selected or transferred. QFF is not in the drop down list for automatic transfer.

I am not certain about automatic transfers. I transferred points last night manually when I was checking for you. They have left my account so I'm confident they will appear in my QFF account.

Are you saying that in your instance that you can see Qantas on the menu but you just can't highlight it?

How many points were you looking to transfer? There are minimum and maximum numbers which are applicable. I was only able to transfer 40,000 last night.

Hope this helps.

Definately nothing in the automatic transfers. Only one there that is any good to me is Emirates skywards

Not in the drop down list in automatic transfers for me either, this is the first time I've logged in since the name change. The website isn't as user friendly IMO - just tried to look up the conversion rates and they are nowhere to be found.
I can't even select the manual transfer option.
ie when I select "Manage my Le Club Accorhotels points" the link for "Convert my points into airline miles" is just text, not a link.
Is this happening for anyone else?

Just a suggestion.....maybe it doesnt turn into a link untill you have sufficient points to transfer

I was thinking that as well.. because with the old A-Club it showed the minimum needed to transfer and I tried to look it up with this new system and couldn't find it.

That's correct. Unless you have the minimum number of points for the relevant partner(s), you don't get that option to transfer.

Ah, so what is the minimum number of points to transfer to QFF?

A question for those who have manually transferred points to QF. Does it take 6 weeks for the points to show up as indicated in the T&Cs, or do they do it more quickly than that?

A couple o days for me. Transferred on 12 May and were in QF on the 14th.
