Hello everyone.
I have tried to search as best I could, but cannot find what I'm looking for. We have just booked using QFF reward points Business class on EK, flying SYD/CHC/SYD.
My question is this: are we eligible for Business Class Lounge access, and if so is it QF or EK? I presume if we are eligible, it would be EK lounge as that is who the flight is actually with.
Also, I think I'm right in assuming that we are not eligible for the chauffeur pick up/drop off service as the flight is a reward flight via QFF. It doesn't mention anything on the EK booking side of things.
Thank you for taking the time to read and reply.

You can use both the QF international business and EK lounges in SYD. Try them both and see which you prefer. In this case using rewards doesn't matter, you still get into either or both.

In CHC you'll have the contracted Manaia Lounge (both QF and EK use this).

You're right in that you don't get chauffeur drive - this perk is long gone.

Thank you.
We used the EK lounge last year when we went to Rome. Might check out the QF Lounge this time.
Thanks for confirming my thoughts on the chauffeur service.
