QF9 is broken

Arrived into Dubai ontime on VH-OQA. But on arriving at the lounge, was told the departure was delayed 3 hours. Boarded 3 hours late, sat around for an hour or so and then off the plane and back to the lounge we go. The good news is we didn't have to go through security on the way to the lounge. Lots of little things going wrong by the sounds of it. First problem was a faulty aircon sensor. Then someone didn't have the right visa for the UK and had to be offloaded (and their bags had to be found), then something overheated (in sympathy for the passengers on board who were denied more sparkling wine (at least in y+)). Ahh well, these things happen. Anyone else stuck in DXB? Oh and beware knock on effects.

Nah I felt incredibly stupid so headed straight to the bathrooms and changed. Had a siesta in the sleeping area before heading back to A24
I will have to overnight in LHR as I'll miss the last GLA flight. Re-booked by the SST on a flight tomorrow morning.

How is GLA? I'm heading home in a few weeks - very excited for a veggie pakora and pint of tenents!!!
