A big thank you to the crew of QF2 9/1 LHR-SIN.

After a discrete request from my wife, the captain, via a FA, wished my daughter a happy 9th birthday over the PA during his arrival annoucements. A little later an FA presented a very surprised little girl with a bag of goodies ( J amenties kit, chocolates etc. ) & an invitation to visit the coughpit after we arrived in Singapore which we all quickly accepted.

The crew didn't have to do any of these things, but took a couple of minutes to make my daughters day.

As the Sheraton catch cry used to be "little things mean a lot". It took little effort for the request to be passed from FA to CSD to pilot - whilst they will soon forget it, your daughter won't.

Great work QF. agree with the additional comment to QF, to put a positive note in those crew HR file
