Last week, my request to use points to upgrade from Economy to Premium was granted, so I took my first PE flight. Overall, it was very good, and to anyone wondering if upgrading to PE is "worth it", I would say Yes. The extra comfort allowed a little more sleep, with the result being that the 17-hr flight didn't feel any longer than a "normal" 12-13hr. Staff were friendly, service was excellent.
