In a few weeks I will be flying on QF1 F class to London (Terminal 3) then a connecting flight to Amsterdam with BA (economy) from Terminal 5 and I also have QC Bronze membership. Would it be better to use the arrivals lounge at T3 before transferring to T5, or should I go to T5 upon arrival at T3. In which case what would my lounge options be? Could I still use the arrival lounge at T5 or should I just use the QC card to use any of the BA lounges?

You should have access to the First class lounge at T5.

[I believe if you arrive at LHR on BA First, and depart on BA into UK/Europe, then you get Concorde Room access with your BA BP, but if you arrive on QF/AA etc on First, you only get Galleries First access. Retain your Boarding Pass]

From oneworld lounge rules:

Customers flying in Economy class on the domestic or intra-European segment to connect to or from a oneworld longhaul First or Business Class flight can also use the lounge applicable to the class in which they are travelling the longhaul segment.

The arrivals lounges are just for a shower and breakfast (perhaps also a massage, not sure what is in the T3 lounge, there is a spa in the T5 arrival's lounge). The T5 lounges would be a better option IMHO.
