Anyone having trouble requesting upgrades?

The upgrade request function has been buggy for a long time now. The phone operators must be good at dealing with these as it is generally solved within seconds over the phone!

Agreed. Just give QF a call and they will sort it out on the phone for you.

QF's email servers look to have picked up the slack capacity. Received about 10 Balance statement and 6 Flight Reminders (haven't had one of those in a while) overnight.

Called up and put in my LHR-DXB-LHR J->F requests. 15k each. Bargain I think.
