3 Determination for renewal of Determination [2004] IASC 106
allocating capacity on the Philippines route to Qantas ([2008]
IASC 123)​
3.1 The Commission makes a determination in favour of Qantas, allocating 129
seats per week of capacity in each direction on the Philippines route under the Australia
– Philippines air services arrangements.
3.2 The determination is for five years from 6 December 2009.
3.3 The determination is subject to the following conditions:​

Qantas is required to fully utilise the capacity;

•​
only Qantas or another Australian carrier which is a wholly owned

subsidiary of Qantas is permitted to utilise the capacity;


I think this is a forgone conclusion.

Determination allocating capacity on the Argentina route to Qantas ([2008] IASC 104)​

4.1 The delegate, on behalf of the Commission, makes a determination in favour of Qantas, allocating 1,029 seats per week in each direction on the Argentina route under the Australia - Argentina air services arrangements.
4.2 The determination is for five years from the date of the determination.
4.3 The determination is subject to the following conditions:
Qantas is required to fully utilise the capacity from no later than 24 January 2009 or from such other date approved by the Commission;
only Qantas or another Australian carrier which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Qantas is permitted to utilise the capacity;​

Hong Kong

Determination for renewal of Determination [2004] IASC 103
allocating capacity on the Hong Kong route to Qantas ([2008]
IASC 125)
3.1 The Commission makes a determination in favour of Qantas, allocating seven
services per week of capacity in each direction beyond Hong Kong under the Australia
– Hong Kong air services arrangements.
3.2 The determination is for five years from 30 July 2009.
3.3 The determination is subject to the following conditions:
• Qantas, or another Australian carrier which is a wholly owned subsidiary of
Qantas, is required to fully utilise the capacity;
• only Qantas, or another Australian carrier which is a wholly owned
subsidiary of Qantas, is permitted to utilise the capacity;

It may mean Jetstar, or it may not.
