Qantas files one-way Johannesburg – Perth schedule from Dec 2018

QANTAS last week filed proposed schedule for Johannesburg – Perth one-way flight, which also appeared in the week of 08APR18’s OAG schedules update. Based on the schedule filing, the effective date is being displayed from 07DEC18, with Airbus A330-200 aircraft operating 4 weekly flights.

Additional changes for this sector will be made soon. Preliminary schedule as follows.

QF066 JNB2225 – 1400+1PER 332 x247

How does this work if no schedule for PER-JNB was applied for? Unless they plan a triangular SYD-JNB-PER-SYD service, but I thought the A332 lacked ETOPS 330 to do that and a 744 was required.
