My QF FF card shows Jan as my anniversary date but QF says it is Sept and cancelled all my status credits in Sept. If my card says Jan then surely my anniversary month is Jan. I have emailed them numerous times, including a copy of the card, but they won't do anything. I've had/have trips between Sept - jan that would increase my tier but instead of getting this I've now lost everything. Any suggestions?

Does your Status Activity on the website or app show January or September?

Are you sure you're not looking at the Qantas Cash expiry date? (on the side that looks like a credit card)

That's normally a few months later than the FF expiry.

Mine is also a difference of 4 months (same as @agentgerko )...

No, front of card. Clearly says Joined Jan 1983. The only possibility I can think of is that I never signed up for QF FF. I joined up to TAA Flight Deck and was transferred to QFFF presumably when they took over TAA, or Australian as they would then have been. Its possible I joined up to TAA in Sept but too many years ago. Even so, my QFFF clearly says Joined Jan 1983 so that should be my anniversary month.

Has anyone gifted you status in the past? That can move dates around.

No, in previous years rarely did enough to warrant looking at it, but have done a lot more domestic and international this year so it became more important, and no, nobody has gifted me anything. From these responses it sounds like my thoughts that this is wrong are correct, so I'll keep hammering QF about it. Thanks.
