QF Multi-City Issues

Well done. I’ve had several unsuccessful calls where the agents say they cannot see the seats that I can. It’s beyond frustrating.

I've got similar issues but more than likely related to phantom availability.

Trying to do multi-city BNE-PER & PER-BKK on JQ and cannot move past first leg. Tried the same with other combinations and same issue.

I then cannot see classic award availability.

Called Qantas and they can see availability but they cannot book either.

Frustrating.

Error 15079 - 23951 - 420 tonight using QFF multi-city flights page.

Issue was pinpointed to phantom availability HKG-HEL with Finnair.



Was trying to book a new itinerary but ended up modifying an existing Classic Rewards booking.

South Africa call centre sorted everything out in around 20 minutes, ticketing completed another 20 minutes later.

What do you mean by unsuccessful? You found flights in each sector, but it wouldn’t take you to the ticketing step?

Yes. It shows 400-Bad Request.

I posted in the other thread that PR flights are not showing in the MC search for now.

We saw similar odd behaviour when EK CRs went missing but I believe they’re now back on both regular search and MC.

Give it a few days (or weeks..) to settle down.

For clarity, I was trying to book MEL-HKG-HEL-PRG-HEL-NRT-MEL as a new booking.

There was availability for everything expect the HKG-HEL leg, which resulted in the error 15079 - 23951 - 420

Ended up modifying an existing booking MEL-BNE-BKK-HEL-PRG-DXB-BKK-MEL to eliminate the DXB-BKK-MEL leg and change it to PRG-HEL-NRT-MEL, with the final routing being MEL-BNE-BKK-HEL-PRG-HEL-NRT-MEL
