Attended a market research session on QFF recently, was asked if I would be interested in QStreaming being available in lounges before flights (indicated I would like that - and would probably use it).

Other things that they were keen to get our response on (and were probably disappointed by my level of interest!)

Qantas Cash - mentioned the fees and forex rates put me off it
Qantas Assure - no interest, health premiums too high and over the whole wearable gadgets fad!
Qantas Transfers - surprisingly they mentioned SG receive 2 complimentary transfers a year (not sure if that is something that is coming or a mistake)

Gosh, as if I need another incentive to turn up to the longue hours before! This'll be great, if it comes true.

In the mean time, the wifi is fast enough for Netflix of course.

Interesting.

Excuse my ignorance, but what do you mean by Qantas transfers?

#3, I am only speculating here, and speculation/speculating can be bad, BUT it could only be the bad thing, ie, they might want to charge fees for transfers from int to dom terminals/vv, ie PER/BNE/SYD...
Dread the thought though.
OR it could be family points transfers.

Thanks. I'd have given the same responses.

As for 2 'free transfers a year'. How many do/will WP's get, I wonder.

Re: Transfers, ahh.
I see.
Edit:
1 plus.earn QPoints on card using NZD$. QCC. 1 point per NZD$1.
2 plus.earn QPoints for using the service.
Thanks for the info.
I do use Supershuttle (NZ) once in a while, this one will earn me more points.

Son of a mongoose! At those prices a freebee would be the only time I'd take it up. The private car transfer MEL to the city is twice the price of an Uber Black.
I know. These prices are insane.
CBR to CBD. Qantas Transfers $99 for up to 4 people. Taxi around $24.

A taxi from CBR to my home is $55-60. The QF transfer would be close to $200 at those rates.
I got an Uber from the airport last trip. It was about $15 cheaper then the taxi.

Someone at Qantas thinks this service is great. It would cost me ~AUD100 to get home from airport for what is ~15 minute trip.

No thanks. I would rather hire a car for less and earn 2,000 MileagePlus miles towards next trip.
