How do I access the QF Lounge Discount offered by membership of this site? That is the only reason I paid to join this site. Questions to Admin have received no response.

No working link or Code to give to QFF to renew. I know for a fact that being a QF Lounge corporate member for many years you need a code for corporate membership. In fact, even after this site happily took my money, it still seems to think I am not a paid up member when I log on. They were more than happy to take my money though! I'm happy to take a refund and leave.

I note that the site has now recognised that there are issues. They posted this "3 August 2026 update: We are currently dealing with a backend issue, where Stripe (the payment platform) is not linking up with Xenforo (the forum platform). This means your membership may not be reflected on your account.". So "Cloud9", thanks for being so helpful and supportive. I hope you are just as supportive to your fellow aircraft travellers, flight attendants and ground staff.

IMHO this quite a nasty and unhelpful comment towards a new member who appears to have encountered a known technical issue and is trying to get help.

@BarraBurger I’m sure admin will get this resolved for you when they get a chance.
