QantasLink Responds to Customer Demand12 June 2014

We have published a number of changes to our QantasLink network and schedule, responding to customer demand and in line with our strategy to ensure we have the right aircraft on the right route.

Effective for travel on/after 17 August 2014, QantasLink will upgrade from a 50-seat Q300 aircraft to a 74-seat Q400 aircraft on the following routes, providing customers with a superior inflight experience:

  • Melbourne – Devonport
  • Melbourne – Launceston
  • Sydney – Albury

QantasLink will also operate three additional return flights per week from 22 June to 14 September, to meet the high demand during the ski season.

The Q400 will give customers a unique jet-like travel experience, through reduced travel times, a quieter cabin and increased comfort.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.
