Just called QF to make a change to a booking I had (using 131313) and got a male IVR voice instead of a female. Different I thought.

I had a call back from QF on a few issues with my booking and was asked to call the WP number. Called it back and got "Welcome to Qantas Platinum".

The scary part is, i'm sure it's the same voice that does another bank's platinum card IVR. After that though, it still wanted my FF number.

Not a significant change, but I found it interesting that they made changes to the point it states it's platinum now rather than the same IVR for both numbers.

Sounds like the original Qantas guy who's voice has still been doing the flight info service. Guess they missed him!
