Interesting read :)
I agree that it's relatively easy on QF to book a flight once you have selected the flight you want to book.
The difficult part is negotiating the pages at the start including city selection, cabin of travel (eg. search for J and options come up in Y and/or JQ). I don't think the reviewers were looking at it from a frequent flyers point of view somehow ;)
