Hi All

I'm just checking my mum's flights in March and found a slightly confusing thing. She's travelling from FRA to SIN (on QF 6) towards the end of March. The seat request is showing as 30F with Qantas. Check my trip is also showing 30F. Aircraft is listed as a 747-400 in Check my Trip. I've checked all the seat maps with QF and Seat Guru and there is no 30F in economy on any QF 744 or 744ER.

Can anyone check what aircraft is supposed to do this flight?

Does this mean they've put her into a D Seat? Should she withdraw her upgrade request? ;)

Yep had a look at check my trip. It shows the same 30F in the last business row. Which works for most of the 3 class 744s.

Date is 25 March

What I meant is, was the seat map 7 across?

or 8?

or 10?

E/F wont pull up a seat map for WHY - Definitely a 3 or 4 class config with 14 seats in zone A.

Ah sorry.
Check my trip only shows from row 29 back. With 29 and 30 being 2-3-2, row 34 is 3-4-0 (crew area) and 35 back is 3-4-3, with gaps in the middle that match galleys etc., last row showing is 75.

If a 3 or 4 class config then for now they got her sitting in a good seat. I guess its worth keeping the upgrade request, just to see what happens.

Thanks for all the help.
