QF Flight number on EA metal - points?

Hi everyone

Sorry if this is a silly question, but I cannot seem to easily find the answer anywhere. I just wanted to know some info aboput points earning:

With QF flights booked through Qantas.com and with a QF flight number but the flight operated by Emirates - will the points earned be at the Qantas or the Emirates rate? The reason I ask is because QF discount economy earns 1 point per mile, while EK earns 0.5 points per mile.

If someone could clarify that would be great.
