Forgive me if this issue has already been answered in the maelstrom of posts resulting from the QF/EK code share, but I was booked on QF5 SYD-FRA in April, connecting to a a BA FRA-LHR (on a separate ticket) later that morning.

I will now presumably be on EK metal DBX-FRA, but will I still be able to check my luggage through to London when I check in at Sydney as Emirates are not part of the OneWorld alliance which the QF/BA connection offered?

Assuming you book it on the one ticket, then yes. But i'm assuming this may change.
