QF Double Status Credits May 2026

"a flight ticket directly between Australia and New Zealand" ,
From NZ QF actively sell AKL/WLG/CHC/ZQN - AU - International. Different flight number TT and the next flight. Wonder if TT flight would credit as DCS.
From NZ QF for AKL/WLG/CHC/ZQN - AU - AU expect would credit as DCS. Not everyone has the main airports as final destination. Same travel on to regional AU airports.

fI’m Flying BNE-ADL today off the DSC offer before last.

Flights booked in till October off the back of the last DSC offer.

I also note the lack of feverish activity on the thread for this offer, compared to the feeding frenzy around past offers.

Methinks QF is milking the DSC cash cow a bit too hard.

As the old saying goes….

“You can lead a horse to water but…….”

Hmm, I'm considering flights. MEL<-> NTL BC would net 160 DSCs for $872. I'm sure it could be better, but I've only really thought about prioritising SCs in the last 12 months.

Although the status run tool is showing 200 DSCs for MEL->NTL->ADL or MEL->ADL->BNE, but I think that is only one way for $870.

Oh, MEL<-> CHC BC can net 320 DSCs for $1500+ ? (I'm guessing some of the cheaper fares sold out by the looks of it.)

I posted the below in the Status Run Master Thread, my view is anything below $4 per SC is worth considering.

"Melbourne to Brisbane return in Business - one way paid, the other way points - works out at $3.96 per SC if booked during this DSC promo window. Struggling to find better earn rate for domestic routes out of Melbourne.

$698 + 29,000 points business return for 176 SC.

I believe 120 SC for the paid flight and 56 as a PC member for the classic reward flight. Please correct me if I'm mistaken."
