Point taken, and thanks for pointing out the thread title, that is my error for not proof reading prior to posting.
All good. I use my phone to post usually with a red in the other hand which means I'm forever editing my typos 😁

Probably already mentioned. My guess, your points will be neutered, maybe by 50%. And, it won't only be QF..

We have told you that gin does not prevent coronavirus :)
(Unfortunately)

Shane Warne (...) has announced that his gin distillery has made an immediate switch to manufacturing hand sanitiser. (...) Warney's gin company was co-founded by "two prominent WA surgical specialists", who will no doubt be assisting this transition.

They may be letting the sheep into the domestic J lounges but I’d expect most of the hot food will stop.

I remember the cutbacks post 9/11, they persisted for years. I hope we aren’t going down that road again.
You might be right although still had hot food in BNE yesterday morning.

In a way the airlines are being punished for their greed. Recent domestic airfares prices are at ridiculous levels. The story someone posted regarding American Airlines was interesting. 500 million profit in 2007 then trouble during GFC and since bailouts/handouts making billions profit as airfares increased and service dropped. AA CEO mentioned someting along the lines of we'll never make another loss.

Demand for travel may drop further as this is potentially GFC II. Some airlines won't survive. Offerings will be cut. I wonder if airfares will be cut in line or they'll offer less for the high airfare.
