Hi All. Just wondering if any other readers have had replies from QF Customer Relations in past 4 weeks. I lodged a complaint in mid March and in early April they sent me an email to say that due to large volumes the complaint will take a bit longer to be looked at/replied.....now its 8 weeks +. Just wondering if the customer relations staff are all stood down and the dept closed so therefore they cannot reply to my email service request. Has anyone received a reply from QF Customer Relations in past 4 weeks? Thanks
