QF- Coke Zero

This seemed like the appropriate place to post… while browsing Facebook tonight the Coca-Cola Australia official fan page had a poll, which is your favourite drink? (you may need to be a Facebook user to see the poll/participate)

I voted, and then was surprised to see the original is on top by a hefty margin, while this thread had suggested to me there were more Coke Zero lovers. Diet Coke does appear to be the least liked though, though it’s not the least by much :p

74% - Coca-Cola™
17% - Coke Zero™
9% - Diet Coke™

I had no interest in what version of coke was onboard tonight heading down to SYD, they had Vasse Felix Shiraz, another 2 minute left hand pattern please captain, life is good :lol:

It's a bummer they still don't serve the Shaw & Smith semillion sauvignon blanc which is a mighty fine drop however they've got a sav blanc from WA which is pretty tasty too.

Sauvignon blanc tends to give me headaches. I like to stick to reds, and they are better for you......So I hear , as is original Coke, all in moderation of course he he. Time for a top me up I reckon

I've heard expats in Africa drink some kind of strange combo of coke & red wine called katembe??? Sounds hideous to me.

Called a Mussolini. Usually "House Red" and coke. Popular in Eastern Europe. I've had it a few times, many moons ago. Not too bad l must say. A good one to start off the night.

So named because it is something Italian (the cheap red wine), in a brown coat (the coke), just like Mussolini

Pass on the Coke I will go another glass of the quality wine.
QF have had bin 128 and St Henri plus some quality whites so a well done is appropriate for the selection panel.

I had Bin 128 last night on the second leg to DRW, first bottle was corked which is not something you get with Coke, mind you I have had the odd tasting coke, usually of the diet variety.
