Is there anywhere I can find a list of American Airlines flights, within the USA or otherwise that codeshare with Qantas?

Perhaps a little more information about what you are trying to achieve? QF codes can't be booked in isolation. You will be given the option for connecting flights with QF codes if they are available. If you search (for example) SYD-ORD you will see connecting flights from DFW or LAX as a QF code.

Re: QF Codeshares on AA

There is a list of which US domestic routes have QF codeshares on the QF website (Route Maps | Qantas). Not all AA/AS flights on those routes have codeshares.
Once you know the routes, and the operating flight numbers, you'd have to search through expertflyer, KVS or a site like flightstats.com, one flight at a time, to search for any codeshares on those flights.

In theory, US domestic QF codeshares should be allowed on an xONEx as it is an international ticket. However, the last time I had QF coded AA domestic flights was an LONE4 booked via Qantas Travel with said ticket including flights like QF74 and QF107 (YVR-SFO-SYD and SYD-JFK at the time).
I have had more recent codeshare flights on DONE3's that didn't connect to the marketing airline, such as MH HEL-LHR, IB LHR-DXB and QF SIN-HND.

After the changes to QFF earn on AA coded flights, and the changes to the AA booking classes, for my trip this year, I'm looking to book as many QF coded AA sectors as possible. There shouldn't be any reason this can't be done, provided the QF codeshares in NA/EU are part of an international ticket.
