QF Codeshare, JQ Metal & Baggage

Looking for anyone with experience with the following:

Travelling on QF redemtion BNE QF SYD JQ HNL JQ SYD QF BNE. JQ Sectors are on QF flight numbers (283/284). QF e-ticket states 2 pieces. QF/JQ Websites say only 20k allowance on JQ operated services (was 2PC prior to 01NOV08).

Taken from E-ticket, sent from Qantas:

Naturally we'd prefer to travel by the piece system and am mainly concerned with check in at JQ in HNL, has anyone expericed difficulties with checking in with the 2PC allowance, with e-ticket qualifying this?
