Hi,

I have a QF club lounge pass from Macquarie bank Visa.

Can I use these at LHR if flying on a QF flight? i.e. access the AA lounge at LHR?

Can I take in an additional adult with a 18 month old child as well?

Thanks,
K.

They're only valid for qantas lounges. Not any other airline.

Ok thanks . I just assumes it's the same as qantas club membership as they allow associated lounge access at some airports.

Qantas lounges only and strictly no guests.

Totally different to QP membership terms, as it is only a complimentary pass for lounge access. Nothing more nothing less. It doesn't allow for extra luggage, priority check-in or guesting rights to answer your second question.
