QF Classic Award via West Jet

Hi all,
I am looking at booking a Classic Award within Canada with West Jet using QF point and via QF website. I have not completed the booking yet since it seems that there won't be checked luggage allowance with the ticket. I am a bit concerned about how to pay for the luggage later on. Anyone has used QF point for a West Jet flight lately? I would appreciate your experience/advice. TIA.

I've done this and checked baggage was not included. You can pay for it when you check in - it's around $30 per bag from memory.
