Hi all

Was in USA Feb 1-28 this year, and used QF Cash whenever possible, including paying for car rentals at dropoff. Fast forward to 28 March, and a bizarre little charge suddenly appeared on my account to the rental company. Very odd, considering we paid for the car at drop off, we were issued with a receipt etc. It's not a huge amount ($55USD) but that's not the point.

I submitted an online query, indicated I wished to be contacted by phone, but was instead emailed forms to fill out. Right.

Before I get into this, I would welcome any advice from folks who have disputed a charge on their QF Cash account.

Many thanks!

Why not call the company and ask what the charge is for ..... might save some time.

I agree.

But car rental companies and hotels are notorious for random charges without explanation. They should have to call you before placing the charge. Then if it's legit, use the card on file, but if there is a reasonable explanation all this nonsense can be avoided (i.e. those toll charges are for April 2nd and i gave the car back March 22 etc.).
