Agreed - that is why I am quoting S-Pass as well which is presumably what most foreign CC would be on. Most of the more skilled F&B / Service Industry workers in SG are on S-Passes - subject to meeting the salary threshold.

I will ask next time at Changi, but maybe even the Work Permit for migrant worker flies if the salary threshold is not met.
