QF Agent says "can't put a request in for a reward seat as there aren't any available" - does that sound right?

Just tried to book a domestic CR seat and the agent said "there aren't any classic reward seats available", so I asked her to request a seat and she said that she couldn't because there aren't any seats of the right class available - does that sound right? First time requesting a CR seat that I have ever been told that I can't put a request in - I do hold platinum status.

Needs to have booking class available that is correct.

For domestic, J needs D and Y needs N I believe. Check the platinum release thread, it should be in there somewhere.

This should explain it.
Many thanks! - that explains it, and after another call to QFF I'm completely out of luck - tried two different dates but cannot get a rewards flight out of either DPO or BWT - nothing available!
